Child Care Hours

Mon-Sat= 9:00-11:00am 

Mon-Fri= 5:00-7:00pm

Alpha Fitness has been in St. Augustine since 1993. On July 5th 2007 a new era of ownership was begun as Alpha was purchased by Philip & Kathy Cochran.  Their commitment to the ongoing success of Alpha Fitness was immediately evident as changes started happening almost overnight!
